Why would I use 2Verify?
2Verify allows you to ensure that your web servers are up and running. 2Verify watches your web servers,
and when they are found to have a problem, you (and/or your staff) will be notified. If your website
is a central part of your business or organization, server downtime can be a very serious and expensive
problem. 2Verify allows you to be aware of such problems quickly and without requiring you to check the
servers manually.

Is 2Verify hard to set-up?
Not at all. You can sign-up and have 2Verify monitoring your website/servers within minutes.

What kinds of companies can use 2Verify?
Any company or organization with an online presence can benefit from using 2Verify. Whether you have a web, email,
dns, or other server type that is accessable from the web, you can monitor for errors with 2Verify. Even if your website
or other web services are hosted by another company, on their servers, you can configure 2Verify to monitor their
servers, so that you can be aware of problems with their infrastructure that affect your online presence.

Is there any software to install?
2Verify doesn't require you to install any software. 2Verify is run and managed entirely by Business Matter on its own
specially-configured and redundant servers. Not only are you not required to run and manage the service, but software
updates are seamlessly applied to your Monitors as they become available.

What advantages does 2Verify offer over server monitoring software that I would run on my own
computers?
2Verify offers multiple advantages over monitoring solutions that require you to install and run the software yourself:

You don't need to dedicate any of your own server resources to the Monitors.

There is no training required for managing the testing servers, as this is all
handled transparently by 2Verify.

If you were to run monitoring software yourself, it would likely be from one location.
This is problematic for two
primary reasons:

If the network (LAN) becomes disconnected from the Internet, the Monitor
may still think that the server is online - because it may not require an internet connection to access
the server. And if the Alarms were being sent out by email, then the email server, which
would likely be on the same network, wouldn't be able to send out Alarms.

If the server on which the Monitor is being run stops running, tests
will not be performed, and Alarms cannot be sent.

2Verify solves these problems by running the Monitors on a distributed
network consisting of rundundant servers across multiple ISP backbones.

2Verify's servers run on specially configured servers to best perform
server testing.

How can 2Verify help my website?
2Verify can increase your website/server uptime by allowing you to respond to server problems quickly. The benefits of this
can
include the following:

Improved business: Increased
uptime allows more sales transactions to occur from your website - when your site is down, sales cannot take
place.

Improved image of your website:
Website/server downtime can hurt the image of your online business. Visitors can easily be frustrated when your
site goes down, as well as associate a less reliable image to your business. 2Verify helps you to
minimize server downtime, and thus helps to maximize the customer experience on your website. |

How will I be notified when an error is found?
2Verify sends out Alarms by email, which can be sent to virtually all cell phones and
pagers. Alarms are sent out for the Alarm Contacts configured in your account (and which are associated
to the given Monitor finding the error). Click here for help in determining your cell phone or pager's email a

Is it possible for Alarms to only be sent to some people during specific
hours of the day?
Absolutely. 2Verify allows you to specify time periods of the day in which to send Alarms to
particular people. This feature is especially applicable for members of your staff that are not on call
during certain times of the day, such as between 5pm and 9am.
Can 2Verify be set-up to send Alarms to managers if an error goes unresolved for a
period of time?
Absolutely. You can configure an Alarm Contact for a particular member of your staff, such as a manager,
that only sends out Alarms if the error goes unresolved for a certain amount of time (which you can
specify). This feature allows for your
managers to be aware of problems if they go unresolved without notifying them for all errors that occur, including the
majority of which would likely be fixed quickly.
